Since Dens installed the ASARCO casting system 4 years ago it has developed a range of bespoke profiles and diameter material for the turbo charger market. Our process ensures that cast material is of uniform structure, high integrity, excellent homogeneity and most importantly defect free.

By casting bespoke profiles our customers receive the minimum wt possible from which to machine the finished component.

We specialize in supplying cut blanks for our customers in sizes down to 4mm thick that again reduces their machining time and waste.
